Job Summary: The Director is provides oversight of operations of the Upstate Cleft & Craniofacial Center, and is responsible for administrative, research and clinical responsibilities including financial management, development of a family centered care and clinical practice guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:

MA or MS in health related field and 3-5 years of professional experience in a health care setting, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strongly prefer a Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist with a minimum of 1-3 years experience working with cleft and craniofacial patient population in multi-disciplinary team setting. Ideal candidate has recent experience evaluating and treating swallowing, feeding, speech and language of cleft palate and craniofacial patient population. Prefer someone with previous leadership or program development experience.

Work Days:

Various Days 8:00am-4:30pm
