RESPONSIBILITIES
Education and Training Coordinators in the National Cryptologic University (NCU) establish and direct Education and Training related efforts (e.g., developmental, certification, training). Description of the Position The College of Cyber is looking for an Education and Training Coordinator (ETC) to provide outstanding support to United States Cyber Command's (USCC) Cyber Mission Forces (CMF). As an ETC, you will perform outreach and liaison activities to execute the CMF training schedule and develop/report metrics on the performance of CMF training efforts. To do so, you will coordinate with facilitators, Curriculum Managers and Service Training Leads (STL) throughout the NCU, NSA, USCYBERCOM and Service Cyber Components (SCC). The ETC will be responsible for maintaining/updating the CMF Dashboard for course offerings/enrollment, facilitating completion of informal and formal CMF actions, scheduling meetings as needed and taking/socializing meeting minutes. In addition, the ETC will serve as the sole back-up to the CMF Financial Manager, providing support and/or assuming responsibilities when required. As a member of the CMF support team, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work requirements and take the initiative to exercise professional judgment and seek guidance as needed. The ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with stakeholders and conduct briefings to organizational leadership are expectations in this position. Responsibilities and Duties include: - Executing a training schedule to satisfy training requirements collected from the Military Service Cyber Components. - Monitoring training activities and coordinating with facilitators and curriculum managers to effectively deliver the established training schedule. - Coordinating with other organizations and throughout the enterprise to deliver course offerings to satisfy valid training requirements. - Accurately tracking training provided in order to provide accounting for reimbursement. - Serve as the back-up to the CMF Financial Manager, assuming all roles of the CMF Financial Manager when required, to include completion of forms, invoices, financial reports, responding to formal and informal actions/taskers, etc. - Perform outreach and liaison with Curriculum Managers, STLs and others within NCU, NSA, USCC and military services to execute training. - Develop and share CMF financial and training reports with CMF Team Members and NCU, NSA, USCC and SCC colleagues. - Maintain and update the CMF Dashboard, tracking course offerings, enrollment and pertinent data. - Review, task, consolidate and respond to informal or formal CMF-centric actions, via email or official channels. - Provide clear, concise and accurate subject matter expertise to training decision makers. - Understand and support the organization's mission and functions (e.g., programs, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of the organization) and collaborate with colleagues on developing and achieving short- and long-term goals. - Develop, contribute to and edit written and oral communications to share with colleagues and customers to maintain awareness of important information and the full range of products and services available. - Work with customers to clarify requirements and determine how their needs may be met and provide timely and accurate responses to requests for assistance, information, products, or services. - Establish and maintain good working relationships and networks with customers, professional colleagues internal and external to the Agency, foreign partners, or representatives of other agencies. - Help or assist colleagues, or other employees, when needed as part of the high-functioning CMF team. - Independently organize work, set priorities, and appropriately identify resource requirements to accomplish the work. - Independently write, contribute to, and/or edit documents (for example, e-mails, memoranda, minutes of meetings, status reports, production reports). - Independently arrange information and materials in a useful manner. - Independently use resources effectively and efficiently and orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish work objectives. - Use basic office resources, such as e-mail, Web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics. - Use spreadsheet and relational database software, such as Microsoft Excel and Access. - Use office computers and printers. - Use office equipment other than computers and printers, such as copiers, scanners, and telecommunications equipment.

PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE
Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $74,950 - $116,788 (Full Performance) NSA Maryland location Work Schedule: Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible).
