First MainStreet recruiting Process

Anticipated recruiting timeline is 2-3 weeks

Step 1

Submit an application.

Step 2

First MainStreet will review applications to determine qualified candidates. 

Step 3

First MainStreet will follow up with applicants with whether or not they have been selected to move forward in process. 

Step 4

Selected applicants will meet with the Talent Manager.

Step 5

Selected applicants will meet with the team members at position location.

Step 6

Final applicant will have discussion with Talent Manager on offer details and employment package. 

Step 7

Finalized offer will be sent to applicant for review.

Step 8

Onboarding of new employee to the First MainStreet family starts.
