Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an elderly apartment community in the Rocky Mount, NC area. This will be a part-time position (20 hour/week). Qualified candidate must have their own tools, valid drivers license and vehicle. Painting, plumbing and electrical skills required. Must be motivated, organized and results oriented.
