Hiring EEC Teachers

Seeking EEC qualified Infant, Toddler and Preschool educators for our West Quincy, Marina Bay and Abington locations.

Role Responsibilities:

• To supervise, guide and ensure the health, welfare and safety of children ages 6 weeks old through 6 years old.
• To plan, supervise and implement a program according to center policies, philosophy, curriculum guidelines, EEC regulations, NAEYC and QRIS guidelines and philosophy.
• To observe and document the progress and activities of the children.
• To develop the program for children based upon their individual needs, cultural and socioeconomic background; as well as, offer an educational and age appropriate learning environment.
• To communicate with the children using methods of positive reinforcement, appropriate tone of voice; as well as, maintain stability and control within the classroom at all times.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience within the field of early childhood education.
• Preferred to uphold and submit an EEC Teacher Certificate.
• Required to have experience with young children.
• Required to uphold and submit a current physical stating in good health without restrictions.
