Bartender and Wait Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly and efficient manner
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and/or beverage
Deliver food and beverages to all tables as needed
Ensure a safe, sanitary and well-organized serving environment
Comply with applicable standards, rules and regulations
Point of sale management and handling guest transactions
Inventory management
Become knowledgeable of all essential aspects of the resort

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good computer skills
Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions
Resort or Hotel experience a plus
Other duties as required
