Help individuals overcome opiate use disorder using through clinical supervision!

Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Clinical Supervisor in the Opioid Treatment Clinic program at Behavioral Health Network! This position will serve both the Greenfield & Orange OTP clinics at BHN.

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Opioid Treatment Clinic program with the following:

  • Overseeing clinical programming and provides milieu management.
  • Providing clinical support and oversight to OTP Clinicians, ensuring that clinical program requirements meet state and federal licensing entities requirements.
  • Providing direct and clinical supervision to program staff.
  • Assigning and overseeing Clinician caseloads & productivity, ensuring compliance with billing & authorization policies.
  • Monitoring the completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes.
  • Monitoring service coordination for individuals served.
  • Performing assessments and chart reviews accurately and in compliance with DPH standards.
  • Overseeing group schedule and psycho-educational groups, when necessary.
  • Facilitating clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings.
  • Assisting Program Director with employee evaluations.
  • Maintaining individual caseload & direct service productivity.

BHN’s Opioid Treatment Clinic (OTP) program is a Medication Assisted Treatment Program to assist individuals who are addicted to opiates and are experiencing their dysfunctional effects to gain and maintain the skills needed to achieve an opiate-free lifestyle.

What are we looking for in the Clinical Supervisor?

  • Licensed or license-eligible (required); Independent licensure (LICSW) (preferred).
  • Master’s Degree in a related field (clinical psychology, education/counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, or social work) (required).
  • At least three years of experience in substance abuse treatment environment (required).
  • At least one year of supervisory experience providing clinical supervision to interdisciplinary team (required).
  • Experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations (required).
  • Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served (required).
