Program Developer

The Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Development Board (WDB) is seeking a qualified individual to organize and sustain a partnership with critical industries that serve our local economy, and the ability to assist with the grantsmanship of the WDB. Previous experience working with employers, educational institution and labor organizations would be beneficial. Candidate must have a B.A. in Human Resources, Business or related field. Good communication, writing, computer, and interpersonal skills. Salary: $34,000-$36,000 with full benefits. Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities.
