Prepares maintains and enters Commission & Licensing information into the applicable system. May work with internal or external customers to resolve problems. Maintains inbound phone queue.
Essential FunctionsData entry support for Commissions & Licensing or other finance area.
Communicate with Agents via phone communication, and via email queue, in a professional manner.
Identifies and corrects problems with data entered in applicable systems, including Facets and SalesForce.
Accurately enters all data into the system and posts to the appropriate accounts as needed. Maintains SLA for all daily items.
Verifies and maintains processes that result in the appropriate and timely entry of data.
Identifies trends in incoming/outgoing data and communicates to appropriate upline or internal departments to resolve issues and correct errors.
Required High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Associate's Degree
Less than 2 years of experience typically gained through knowledge/skills/abilities of previous ICD/CPT coding, registration and/or billing, medical terminology. and insurance guidelines. Required
Knowledge in Facets, Onbase and Excel highly Preferred.
