Main Functions

- Support Production Supervisors and Managers by taking on department and operational administrative activities and projects.

- Coordinate and report out on meetings

- Manage specified Production related projects

- Create and update documents, presentations, project plans, reports and metrics
- Respond to internal and external customer requests

- Meet Production and Company goals and objectives

 

This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.

 

Typical Duties
- Support Production Supervisors and Managers by taking on department and operational administrative activities and projects.

- Coordinate and report out on meetings, create/update schedules, take, and report meeting minutes/actions to team members and stakeholders.

- Manage specified Production related projects, including creating organized project files, collecting, sorting, and filing reports and data.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Create and update documents, presentations, project plans, reports, and metrics

- Respond to internal and external customer requests

- Interaction with employees at all levels

- Meet Production and Company goals and objectives.

 

Required Skills
- PC literate with demonstrated skills in email and MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Project management & problem solving skills

- Excellent communication skills: oral, written and phone

- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

- Prioritizes and multi-tasks

- Ability to accurately compile and compare documents

- Attention to detail and customer oriented

- Demonstrated filing, phone and organization skills

- Positive, teamwork attitude

- Versatility, flexibility, and ability to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritze and meet deadlines 

 

Preferred Skills
MS Project

Made to Manage or similar ERP software

Manufacturing experience in Semi-conductor, Aerospace or Medical field and  ISO9001:2000 and AS9100D

Lean/5S experience

 

Education Requirements
High School Diploma

Preferred: Continued Education or professional course study in a related field

 

Experience Requirements
2 years in a manufacturing environment or closely related field.

2 years related administrative experience.

Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential manner

 

Physical Requirements
Sedentary - Sitting at PC creating documents

Telephone calls and e-mails

Standing and Walking for filing/scanning and going to factory floor

Attending meetings
