Seasonal Pick and Pack Positions in our order fulfillment shipping department. Full and part time shifts available. Weekdays and Weekends.

Duties Include:    

• Answer telephone in a professional and helpful manner.  
• Text and video chat with customers about merchandise questions.
• Recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.  
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, merchandise and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.  
• Provide customers with product and service information.  
• Correspond professional and accurately with customers via email or live chats.  
• Process orders.
