Head of Middle / Back Office Operations (Charlotte, NC): Maintain a Global Portfolio of middle and back office applications under Investments. Responsible for IT transition of multiple applications onto Global SaaS platforms. Analyze the business requirements. Provide the solutions by simplifying the architecture of IT applications using Cloud platforms and open source technologies. Participate in the development of Investments Data Warehouse and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) dataflow. Provide production support for existing systems, troubleshoot data and systems issues, identify root causes, resolve data related issues, and review and optimize query performance. Utilize Cloud technologies, database development tools, structured programming languages, Agile-based methodologies, and standard development toolkits, including AWS solutions, Python, PowerBI, Oracle, Data Stage, ODI, C++, C#, .Net, PL/SQL, Extreme Programming, Scrum, and TFS.
