Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. (BVCI) will be issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) packages in support of the construction of a new tertiary treatment facility at the existing Santa Cruz Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 110 California St, Santa Cruz, CA and an advanced water purification facility at the Chanticleer Site located on the SW corner of Soquel Avenue and Chanticleer Avenue, collectively forming the Pure Water Soquel Treatment Facility, a design-build project for the Soquel Creek Water District. The furnish and install RFP packages available to bid include: site demo, earthwork, concrete/rebar, mechanical, equipment install, electrical/I&C, auger piling, yard pipe, dewatering, structural steel, bolted tank, pre-engineered building, building finishes, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, insulation, painting & coating, asphalt paving, fencing and landscaping. The RFP packages are tentatively scheduled to be issued late November 2020 with proposals due December 30, 2020.
