Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Typically 1-3 years program experience in student services management, academic program management or a related professional/industry area

• Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency with spreadsheets and databases, and adept at functioning in a highly computerized environment

• Demonstrated ability to interact positively with a diverse population.

• Demonstrated constructive and collaborative relationship building skills with a variety of individuals and groups, including peers, leadership, and external constituents

• Experience with planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating events.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety Standards

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of University procedures, policies, systems (MAUI, ICON, etc)

• Experience with graphic design and/or design software

• Minimum 6 months working on events or experiences that have a global orientation

• Master’s Degree in business, higher education or student services
