The Role Castnet Media/Tampa Bay Times is now hiring for a Digtal Advertising Sales Account Executives. You'll enjoy working for a locally owned media company that offers the latest in multi-channel programs to their clients. Our full-service digital agency, Castnet, provides all the solutions you would expect an agency to offer in 2021, with full web design, SEO, social media, content management and a wide variety of digital target marketing that generates inbound leads for your clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospect and hunt for new prospects and customers. Offer high-end digital recommendations including social media marketing, online promotions, mobile and desktop website solutions, SEO, SEM, online reputation management, online targeted display, and video advertising. Working with team and clients to provide reporting during and after campaigns Communicating advertising opportunities to digital sales management across the company and looking for ways to maximize advertising revenue Running analysis reports and making independent decisions on how to maximize campaign adv advertising performance and ROI Facilitating communication to encourage best practices Knowledge of Excel, and previous use of project management software helpful Identifying new revenue opportunities and sharing best practices

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years experience in digital advertising and marketing is preferred. Two to three years' experience in Social Media preferred. Knowledge of basic accounting, standard office software, including strong familiarity and comfort with digital publishing platforms is needed. A positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong work ethic is a must. Successful candidates will be organized and able to complete multiple tasks throughout the day. Accuracy and follow-through are the two most important traits for success in this position Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to work independently and make decisions that both serve the company business and clients best interest. Candidate will be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient with Digital Ad serving platforms both owned and operated along with extended audience reach platforms. Additionally, MS Word, Excel and Outlook Office products.
