 Facilities Maintenance Worker II

The Board of Stark County Commissioners is now accepting applicants for the classified position of Maintenance Worker II in the County’s Facilities Department. The Maintenance Worker II will perform general maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, painting, lock repair, grounds work, carpentry, office moves, and cleaning tasks. Qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, five (5) years of prior maintenance experience and MUST perform electrical duties related to replacing switches, outlets and ballasts, test circuits, repair motors and pumps, etc.

Compensation has been set at $17.00/hour. This position is eligible for health, dental and vision insurance and OPERS retirement benefits.
