Engineer - Infineon Technologies Americas Corp seeks a Principal Engineer for our Andover, MA location to work with IC design team in the development, validation, & production release of Digital Multiphase Controllers. Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in EE or closely related field and 5 years experience in power supply and IC design.

Experience must include: circuit analysis; lab testing & lab equipment use of Oscilloscopes, Multi-meters, and Bode Analyzers; technical writing; VR controller & power supply design; power Supply PCB layout skills for designing product validation HW; writing documentation & training material; writing ARM M0 Core based Firmware for multiphase digital controllers; validation of multiphase controllers & the VR; digital communication Protocols (I2C, PMBus), and hands-on experience in high-frequency, high-current, high-density DC/DC designs. Up to 10% of domestic & international travel required.
