This is a part-time (20 hrs/wk) temporary position with a projected end date of 4/9/2022.

What you'll do:

• Fill an important role in our dental front office, assisting patients and keeping the front office running smoothly.
• Schedule appointments and make reminder calls.
• Register patients and inform them about the clinic, charges, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and manage patient charts.

Your qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with the ability to communicate at level 9 on the ALTA language scale.
• Your front office experience in a medical or dental office or other office setting is a plus.
• Experience with computer applications and typing.
