The Windham County Consortium on Substance Use (COSU) is a community based approach to primary prevention designed to support the community in fighting substance use disorder. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point person on a HRSA planning grant award. The Coordinator will research existing community programs and find creative ways for COSU to support them, take the lead in bringing people together, create local public private partnerships, identify key stakeholders in the local community and share information about initiatives.
