Building Maintenance Worker (Orange, CA) Full Time. Perform work involving the skills of 2 or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep the structure of a building/real estate in repair. Responsible for maintenance of the building such as cleaning or painting the wall, windows, moping the floor, cleaning & inspecting the restroom. Fixing minor broken such as locks, blinds, doors, faucets & replace them if needed. No education nor experience required.
