(Tampa, FL) Perform analysis of business & operational processes, data, & functions of current Fund Transfers manual processing, including enrichment, settlement, analysis & repairs for 18 Latin America (LATAM) region countries centralized in the Treasury & Trade Services Cash Regional Processing Center.

Requires: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related field & at least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Senior Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Management Associate, or closely related position managing technology strategies within the LATAM region. 5 years of work experience must include: Banking products (Payments & Receivables, International Cash transfers, Domestic transfers, ACH, Manually Initiated Funds Transfer, Bank Clearing, Trade Services, Factoring, Commercial Cards, Derivatives, Money Market, Treasury Trading & Fixed Income); Managing cross-organizational multicultural local, regional & global technology teams; Cash Management products, payments, & account services; Senior management business reporting, communication, & presentations; Negotiating with clients, vendors, & consultants; & Process analysis with business plan development. 3 years of experience must include: Jira & Confluence; & SAFe & Scrum agile techniques & processes.
