Behavior Specialist
Fayette Resources, Inc. a local non-profit Company has a Behavior Specialist position available in our Uniontown office working with adults who have Intellectual Disabilities including Autism. This position is responsible for completing Functional Behavior Assessments, developing and monitoring Positive Behavior Supports Plans for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities who have challenging behaviors. Must hold or be applying for a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License or have a Master's Degree (MA/MS) in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis. Applicant should be able to work a flexible schedule, have good communication and organizational skills and work within a Multidisciplinary Team. Supervisory experience a plus. Must have a valid PA drivers' license. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package and a competitive wage .
