Job Summary
The Department of OBGYN is looking for a person to provide high level support for the department’s research program director and program leadership, including but not limited to project management, project planning, long-term project development, and special projects.

This person will work with various teams to see projects through from conception to completion. Will work within the department and support staff to prepare JVs, PRDs, and maintain all records related to study participants, laboratory charges, and invoicing for work performance.

Will be responsible for providing documentation to support Procard charges related to the research objectives of the department. Interpret and enforce university policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and consistency with past practices. Examples include but are not limited to Administrative Regulations, Governing Regulations, Federal regulations, NIH Policies, etc.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Grant and contract budgeting, finance, grant administration, advanced Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree in Business or related field and four or more years related experience preferred.
