H.O.P.E. Inc. is a non-profit corporation dedicated to developing affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals and families in the New London area. H.O.P.E. Inc. has had a remarkable impact on affordable housing in New London and seeking a committed individual to lead this organization and continue its successful legacy. The position of Executive Director will report directly to the Board of Directors and will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for execution of H.O.P.E.’s mission. Specific responsibilities will include Grant Writing, Project Management including selection of contractors, obtaining necessary permits, tenant relations, purchase and sale agreements, financial management and property management. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in project management, financial management and experience with CT Housing Finance Authority regulations. Technical skills including Quick Books, Share Point and M.S. Office are desired. Work location will center from the H.O.P.E. Inc. office and will require time on local project sites.
