Landscaping Worker - Ohio Irrigation Lawn Sprinkler Systems, Inc., 2109 East Social Row Rd, Dayton, OH 45458. 20 temporary full time openings from April 1, 2018 to November 1, 2018. 

Lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, and irrigation. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortar less segmental concrete masonry wall units. Must pass post-offer drug screen & background check paid for by employer. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently thru-out work day. 100% daily travel w/in Dayton, Ohio metropolitan statistical area to service customers' landscaping needs. For travel over 100 miles, employer will pay for meals, lodging and transportation. 

Shifts: 7 am - 4 pm, Mondays - Fridays, 40 hours per week. $13.39 per hour and $20.09 per hour for Overtime when available. Employer uses single workweek to compute wages. Employer uses Sun - Sat workweek for computing wages & are paid wkly. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of workdays in each 12-wk period of employment period. Employer will make all deducts if worker’s paycheck required by law. Employer will provide workers w/out charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Workers have option to live in Employer provided housing. Workers living in Employer provided housing on property will have daily transportation to and from worksite. Rent for dorm/apt-style housing and transportation $165 per week and Employer will deduct rent & transportation from pay check wkly. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in 1st workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). Employer will provide transportation and subsistence (meals and lodging) f/place of recruitment to place of work. If worker doesn't use Employer arranged/paid for transportation, Employer will reimburse worker for transportation costs incurred. If workers require reimbursement for transportation costs, and subsistence (including meals and lodging), employer will reimburse workers once employees complete 50% of employment period. Upon completion of employment period or where worker dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to place worker originally departed to work, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to most economical and reasonable common carrier for distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at rate of $12.07 per day during travel to max of $51.00 p/day with receipts.
