NationBuilder seeks a Director, Strategic Partnerships to drive NationBuilder's on-the-ground strategy and overall mission. Increase value to customers by developing programs to promote lead generation within customer base, and communicate the brand's narrative in proactive and crisis communications. Curate content and key activation elements in parallel with the marketing and sales teams for online and field distribution. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, partners, and prospects. Coordinate communications across the political spectrum on a global scale to identify co-market potential, strategic lead generation, and public relations engagement. Position requires a Master's degree in Political Science, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with implementing campaign strategy plans for political, non-profit, and private sector clients. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with implementing campaign strategy plans, including promoting campaign strategy through social media, wireframes, email, media releases, and political bulk mailings; 1 year of experience with political consulting in political, issue, or community organizing; 1 year of experience with planning and coordinating operations for political events; and 1 year of experience with maintaining campaign budgets.
