The company is seeking a FT Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our team.

Primary Duties of the position:

• Create documents and agreements using Microsoft Word
• Participate in the platting process for the various developments
• Work with engineers and surveyors assigned to the development projects
• Participate in the review and drafting of contracts
• Track timelines
• Review title objection letters and clearing matters of title where appropriate
• Draft easements, conveyance and mortgage documents
• Extensive experience in title examination is mandatory

Expected Attributes:

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Double-time and ability to learn new software
• Demonstrated experience in a fast paced work environment
• Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational and self-management skills
