Hands-on caretaker of Condominium property. Rocky Plaza Association is seeking a resident couple (or individual) to manage the upkeep of the common areas of our ten-story residential condominium. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and handle confidential matters with discretion. Duties include maintenance of the common areas of the building and grounds, regular cleaning, and servicing of a variety of equipment. There is an indoor garage, pool, spa, exercise room and related facilities and equipment. Must also perform general office and light bookkeeping duties with familiarity in the use of a computer with basic software. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus work-related experience and/or relevant vocational or on the job training. Must be able to operate a riding mower and a small tractor for snow removal. There will be moderate physical effort requiring some lifting. We provide a rent-free two-bedroom, one bath apartment including utilities and a starting wage of $15 - $17 per hour, paid time off, and paid holidays. We are an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
