Town of Lexington Pay Grade 15 Starting Salary 46,858 The Town of Lexington is accepting applications for the position of Streets Maintenance Foreman. Under limited supervision, supervises and performs tasks associated with the maintenance of streets, drainage systems, sidewalks, and traffic signs for the Transportation Department. Applicant must be able to demonstrate proficient use of standard road maintenance equipment, familiarity with SCDOT and Lexington County standards and maintenance practices, and be able to operate a microcomputer and basic software. Position requires an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering supplemented by a minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility in maintaining roadway and drainage systems, including two years' experience in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
