Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in software utilization, working in a Support Technician position and has a passion for technical customer service. Position Requirements: Excellent Customer Service and phone skills Able to negotiate alternatives, know when to escalate a problem, or when to ask for assistance Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operat- ing Systems: XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Win- dows 8. Intermediate level experience with Internet Browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari.
