Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The PSRM Coordinator works with operations to ensure compliance with both OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 (PSM) and EPA 40 CFR Part 68 (RMP) and advises all key stakeholders on company requirements to fulfill this obligation.  This position reports to the Director of Health and Safety.

  • Responsible for ongoing support of PSM/RMP programs at Company regulated facilities and fulfilling obligations as outlined in the Company PSM and RMP Manual, including but not limited to:
    • Entering Process Safety and Risk Management events, recommendations, or corrective actions associated with PHAs, PSM/RMP Incident Investigations, and Compliance Audits into the Company EHS Management Software;
    • Developing and leading Process Safety and Risk Management Training;
    • Coordinating with Kinetik Project teams to fulfill PSM/RMP regulatory requirements specific to the project (PSI, PHA, etc.);
    • Assisting operations/engineering in maintaining current and accurate Operating Procedures;
    • Assisting operations in selecting and developing training materials to support Operator Training Programs;
    • Overseeing Company Permit to Work programs, including development, coaching, and required training;
    • Overseeing eMOC conformance using the Company EHS Management Software;
    • Assisting operations/engineering in maintaining site specific Risk Management Plans, and serving as the RMP Prepare in EPA’s CDX database;
    • Assisting operations/engineering with maintaining accurate plant documentation via the eMOC and Document Control processes;
    • Oversee Company Emergency Response capabilities, including but not limited to:
    • Managing the development, periodic review, and update of emergency response plans;
    • Developing and documenting detailed emergency action plans;
    • Coordinating emergency response drills, including scenario development and drill logistics;
    • Training key stakeholders;
  • Respond to emergency situations, including onsite assistance with management, and provide documentation and investigation execution support; conduct prompt and thorough investigations of incidents;
  • Assist contractors in understanding and complying with company EHS policies, as necessary;
  • Assist the EHS team with developing, facilitating, and conducting EHS awareness and required training;
  • Represent the Company during internal PSM/RMP audits or audits performed by regulatory agencies; in instances where there is non-compliance, shall work with operations to identify corrective actions;
  • As a member of the EHS team, demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others;
  • Perform other job-related duties as required.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or business field and three years’ work experience in a process safety capacity; OR an Associate’s Degree in a relevant science or business field and five years’ experience in process safety; OR a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years progressively responsible experience in process safety; OR a high school diploma and seven years’ experience in natural gas operations with significant embedded responsibility for performing process safety duties as part of work responsibilities is required;
  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting Company Regulatory Programs, OSHA Compliance, Emergency Management Programs, and OSHA PSM/EPA RMP;
  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company;
  • Ability to understand and follow directions;
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Measurement Technician will install, operate and maintain, all measurement equipment safely and in accordance with Company Policy and applicable Industry Standards, to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement data.

  • Operate a Company-owned vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of measurement facilities in accordance with industry standards and Kinetik procedures/policies.
  • Perform / Witness testing and calibration of owned and 3rd party meters.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, operate, maintain, inspect, test, and calibrate electronic flow meters, associated measurement and communications equipment (gas and liquid), control and relief valves.
  • Collect gas and liquid samples in accordance with policy and Industry Standards.
  • Maintain measurement and typical pipeline equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including critical safety and regulatory documentation as it pertains to measurement systems.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with orifice meters and electronic flow meters with some gas analysis experience.
    • Some experience with ultrasonic and Coriolis meters preferred.

  • Competent knowledge of various types of EFMs and test equipment.
  • Experience with testing and sampling input software preferred (such as TESTit).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

This position will assist in the preparation and filing of our external financial reports with the SEC and other financial institutions, assist in the preparation of certain internal financial reports, help maintain our accounting policies and analyze emerging U.S. GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements.

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K (earnings releases, etc.) with the SEC.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required financial statements to applicable banking institutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly CODM packet and other internal reports
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the company’s financial statements in accordance with the U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards, including preparing financial statements, drafting disclosures and MD&A for both annual and quarterly financial statements.
  • Prepare the quarterly and annual SEC and other statutory reporting items with appropriate calendar, including coordination with external auditors, executives, finance, legal and investor relations departments, for the non-financial sections of SEC Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K, review XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls surrounding the preparation and filing of SEC documents.
  • Stay current on all U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements and proactively analyze emerging accounting and reporting trends and their implications to EagleClaw.
  • Assist with accounting for complex technical accounting matters, including carrying out research and documentation for a variety of complete and non-standard transactions (i.e mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, and adoption of new standards).
  • Continuously work to enhance and streamline reporting processes and controls.
  • Assist in the management of the Company’s lease portfolio and associated lease accounting software.
  • Complete tie-out and support binders for all public filings
  • Complete quarterly disclosure checklists
  • Assist with management of all controls certifications and internal management representation letters
  • Assist with the quarterly disclosure committee, audit committee and board of director meeting decks
  • Coordinate with both internal and external auditors.
  • Partner with other teams / departments on special projects and ad-hoc requests.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of prior SEC reporting or other relevant experience
  • CPA Preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to navigate through accounting/treasury applications
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines, while maintain a high level of detail

  •  Creates and/or remediates ITGC (IT General Controls) in support of meeting audit objectives for all ITGC SOX areas.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in IT or Business related field
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in internal or external auditing, with emphasis on IT auditing (SOX)
  • Possess a strong understanding of the GCC areas and the IT governance framework (COBIT) established by ISACA
