Join our interdisciplinary team in providing Long Term Care in the community.

Full-time, Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm, off weekends and holidays. Paid health insurance and vacation.

Must be Certified Nursing Assistant or have 1 year experience working with frail elders. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License and be C.P.R. Certified.

Over Thirty years ago, Jan Werner Adult Day Care began offering Happy Days for seniors and disabled adults in the Amarillo area with a mission to provide the best possible care, in an atmosphere of fellowship and love. We serve 250 clients from our state-of-the-art campus at 3108 S. Fillmore, where our staff provides leadership and innovation in developing cutting-edge services. These services focus on providing quality home and community care options that help our clients stay independent longer.

Jan Werner Adult Day Care is licensed as a healthcare facility. Cooperatively, our staff addresses the physical, mental and social needs of each client. We create a family atmosphere that encourages individuality, educational experiences, healthy habits and celebrates life!

Funding for the Center comes from State and Local sources as well as private fees.  The following funding sources enable Jan Werner Adult Day Care to provide services to those in need without regard to their financial ability:

• Development, United Way and Area Agency on Aging
