OREGON NURSING JOBS
We believe that quality relationships are a basic human need for all of us, including older generations. We want care team members who foster close relationships with the seniors who live here. They may need you to show them how to connect with their family on Facebook, hold their hand, or listen to stories from years past. You might just find that our residents have much to teach you.
We believe that the acts of caregiving––washing, feeding, dressing, and providing human touch––are intimate and sacred works. By providing the gifts of dignity, respect, and kindness to our residents, you’ll experience emotional rewards that will last a lifetime.
As a memory care team member at Regent Court, you’ll have the opportunity to shine and demonstrate creativity, both in service and in creating a loving home-like experience at an Encore Community.
Desired Qualities
- Experience working with teams to collaboratively create a compassionate culture.
- A history of providing an individual experience for those with special preferences or needs.
- An understanding of the importance of being present for another person.
- Caregiving experience or a passion to learn. We provide education and shadowing with experienced care team members.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
