Position Title: Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:

Perform and array of functions that may include shipping/receiving product and material, picking and palletizing orders from stock, as well as retrieving and adding product to stock from production utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Fill in on production floor as needed (machine operations or secondary operations).

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

· Unloading/ loading trucks and containers

· Prepare, complete and stage orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

· Palletizing, wrapping and sorting finished goods into warehouse stock locations

· Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment relative to shipping needs

· Performing daily checks such as forklift checklist

· Filling propane tanks for forklifts

· Keep a safe and clean work environment and optimize space utilization

· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

· Follow quality, safety standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Training and Experience

· High School diploma or equivalent, experience preferred but not required

· OSHA forklift certification provided

· Compliance with hazardous waste safety and removal provided

Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics

· Regularly lift and or move objects 10-50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weight up to 100 pounds

· Regularly sitting on a forklift

· Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch

· Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on season

· Following instructions for operating equipment

· Basic Math skills

· Good communication, organization and time management

· Dependable and reliable

· Overtime may be required
