The Director of Student Success leads the Student Success Advisors as they assists students in the achievement of their educational goals, leading to program completion. The Director’s primary goal is to see that students are provided with excellent service with the primary focus toward the promotion of student success and retention, The Director will be responsible for collecting, aggregating and analyzing student data to assist with projection analytics, at-risk factors/predictors, early intervention strategies and remediation plans. The Director must be able to direct and lead the ground and online components related to retention and student success. The successful candidate will be required to have a bachelor’s degree with a Master’s degree preferred. Minorities are encouraged to apply.

The Director of Student Success reports to the Vice President for Student Advancement and Success on the Salem campus but will the position will be in Carmel, Indiana..
