Food Service Manager

Elbert Memorial Hospital, a progressive, 52 bed general, acute care hospital in Elberton, Georgia is seeking a Manager of Elbert Memorial's Food Services Department.

Details:

• The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate Degree in Food and Nutrition from an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics approved program preferred and /or a Dietary Manager Certification.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with physicians and other hospital personnel.
• The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of hospital food production and services, operations, staffing, handling and storage and regulatory requirements.
• Elberton is an attractive community located approximately 35 miles east of Athens.
• Recreational activities are abundant with three large lakes nearby.
• Mountains and beaches within a reasonable driving distance.
