Petroleum Distribution Manager

Requires BS Degree in Geology, Business or Engineering or foreign Equivalent + 2 years relevant experience.

Duties: Direct & coordinate production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, & financial forecasting services of business engaged in the distribution of oil products and services in order to limit costs & improve accuracy & customer service. Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Direct movement, storage or processing of inventory. Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste & optimize customer service.

Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production & quality assurance. Supervises 3 people.
