St. Louis area: prepare final statements, business activity receipts, final forecasts, annual budgets, & all receipts required by reg. agencies; monitor fin. activities, e.g. cash flow & reserve levels, to ensure all legal & reg. requirements are met; conduct audits of co. acct's & fin. transactions; ensure compliance with all governmental reptg. requirements; coordinates and direct fin. planning, budgeting, procurement, and investments; advise Pres. on short-term & long-term fin. needs + make appropriate rec's. Fulltime. Must have MBA or master's in accounting. & be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
