Compass SLS ILS is hiring a Case Facilitator to manage a caseload of 6-9 clients (adults with developmental disabilities). Coordinate client support, lead & manage a team of caregivers, schedule management; provide 24 hours emergency response at least one week per month. Must have driver's license and working vehicle. $22-26/hour. Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm with emergency phone as assigned.
