Leased Housing Specialist

Meriden Housing Authority is seeking Full Time Leased Housing Specialist for the HCV program. Section 8 Rent Calculation and Eligibility Certification required and one year experience with knowledge of HUD regulations/requirements or comparable experience. Position requires working with the public with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. College degree is preferred, High School diploma or GED required. Computer skills including but not limited to; MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and property management software. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
