POSITION SUMMARY: Provides care for recovering mentally ill adults in residential treatment. Assists consumers by ensuring personal well-being and safety, providing assistance and training in daily living skills, building socialization and facilitating community interactions.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task and work as a member of a team. Must maintain a safe driving record. Prefer experience working with adults or children with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
