ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

WORK READY CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Full-time position to coordinate curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment for work ready programs in conjunction with campus colleagues, industry partners, and subject matter experts. Will ensure program effectiveness, compliance with industry standards, and fulfillment of state and federal regulation and certification requirements. Bachelor’s degree and appropriate experience in traditional and online curricular design and instruction required.

 CONTINUING EDUCATION EFFECTIVENESS 

Full-time position to provide strategic leadership for Continuing Education (CE) operations and effectiveness. The primary focus is on comprehensive data collection and analysis for various facets of CE programming and subsequent recommendations for continuous improvement. The Director will assist the Dean related to budgeting and reporting needs, operational planning, and business processes. Bachelor’s degree and appropriate experience in research and data analysis required
