Since the first purpose or mission of Trinity School is to enable young people to develop Character, Virtue, and Wisdom (the attainment of which leads to plenty of good college choices), we are looking for faculty and staff who model these qualities. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, accomplished, and well-rounded men and women who like to work hard with children and youth. Since we are committed to the discipline of Daily Chapel, we recruit teachers who think Daily Chapel is a blessing and a boon. Since we are done with our academic day by mid-afternoon, we want to hire professionals who can’t wait to follow the students out of doors into our great number of extracurricular pursuits. Since we are forming servant leaders, we want staff who know what that means. Working at Trinity is more than a career, it's a calling.
