Patient Appointment Scheduler: Full Time/Benefit position working in prestigious RCM Clinic orthopedic practice in Park City. Must have excellent patient relation skills in person and over the phone, attention to detail, follow-through and customer service excellence. Core functions include answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments. Triages phone calls as necessary. Position may conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care. Position will also be responsible for patient in-take and check-out duties when needed.
