Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corporation is recruiting for the following Management Positions:

Senior Sales Manager

Responsible for generating group revenue through direct solicitation in local and feeder city markets. This position is required to meet or exceed budgeted booking goals; initiate, prospect, and solicit outside calls; generate group revenue via converting inquiries into booking; identify new sources of business through cold calls in geographical territories; initiate sales contracts and ensure distribution to client; conduct creative site inspections; proactively solicit group bookings through calls of past accounts; negotiate group rates in accordance with yield management. Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.

Entry-Level Accounting Manager

Responsible for budgets, financials and owner statements for hotel property managed by Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corporation. Oversees daily accounting procedures; specifically accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash deposits, and day audit functions. Oversees budgetary process. Previous experience with month end closings and preparing financial statements required. This position is not a supervisory role. Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting or Finance, or work equivalent of four plus years in accounting in the hospitality industry. Offers excellent benefits.
